Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate, located in New Delhi. The Legal Associate will handle legal document preparation, provide advisory services on legal issues, and conduct research to support case strategies. The role involves regular communication with clients, analysis of legal matters, and supporting the firm's partners in ensuring high-quality legal representation and compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address complex legal issues.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Understanding of legal frameworks and ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in a corporate legal setup or litigation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
