Job Description

Draft commercial contracts and agreements, including service agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements, sale deeds, and pre-contractual agreements. Manage complex litigation matters, primarily civil disputes. This involves drafting legal notices, ensuring legal compliance with property laws, business transactions, and contractual laws. Coordinate with multiple parties and negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes. Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation by conducting research on applicable laws and regulations, which encompass property laws, business and corporate laws, labor laws, and commercial transactions. Draft legal documents required for suits, petitions, notices, and complaints. Provide legal advice, develop litigation strategies, and consult with clients on their disputes. Coordinate legal research, drafting, court hearings, representations, and filings within the team.,
