Job Title: Legal Associate

Roles:

The Legal Head will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards within the construction site. They will play a pivotal role in mitigating legal risks and facilitating smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal notices, reply to legal notices, and manage related correspondence.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve legal disputes during construction.
• Conduct and verify property title searches; prepare title reports for land acquisitions and development projects.
• Draft and review conveyance deeds and ensure proper execution and registration.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property transactions or ongoing projects.
• Maintain organized legal documentation.
• Offer legal support to the site team.

Requirement:

• Good contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Familiarity with real estate software and legal research tools.

Salary: 50-80k per month

Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Law; a Master's degree in Law or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in construction law or a related field.
