-Handle trademark registration, renewal, and monitoring of company brands and logos.
-Coordinate with trademark attorneys and government portals for application status.
-Prepare and maintain legal documents, contracts, MOUs, and agreements.
-Assist in drafting replies to legal notices under supervision of senior management or external counsel.
-Maintain legal records, case files, and statutory registers.
-Liaison with consultants, advocates, and statutory authorities.
-Conduct preliminary legal research and prepare summaries.
-Support Compliance & Finance teams in ROC filings and other basic corporate law matters.
