Job Description

Job Title: Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and policy changes.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
Represent the company in legal proceedings (if required) and coordinate with external counsel.
Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, IP, and healthcare-related laws.
Maintain legal documentation and support internal audits and investigations.
Train relevant teams on legal and compliance updates.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Indian laws related to contracts, labor, data protection, and healthcare compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
