Legal Admin Assistant

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Legal Team, playing a pivotal role in various administrative and operational functions. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Legal Team in the execution of agreements and management of related records. You will be tasked with organizing and maintaining legal documents and files, both in digital and physical formats, ensuring accurate indexing, labeling, and archiving according to internal guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and monitoring rights management trackers to guarantee compliance and precision. Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Legal Team, such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation, will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline and demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for efficient data and documentation management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your keen attention to detail, combined with a proactive problem-solving approach while maintaining confidentiality, will set you apart.
