Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer, located in Vadakara. The Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering course content, conducting engaging lectures and seminars, preparing curriculum based on subject standards, grading assignments, and mentoring students. Additionally, the Lecturer is expected to participate in research activities, academic conferences, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

Strong instructional, public speaking, and presentation skills
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
Knowledge of educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to conduct research and contribute to academic publications
Effective communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities
Postgraduate degree or higher in the relevant field of expertise
Prior teaching or lecturing experience is highly desirable
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
