Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer in Marine Engineering at the School of Maritime Studies, Centurion University, located in Bhubaneswar. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching marine engineering courses, preparing course materials, conducting practical training sessions, mentoring students, supervising projects, and staying updated with the latest industry trends to enhance curriculum content.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Marine Engineering principles and practices
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership
• Practical knowledge of modern maritime equipment and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and diverse student groups
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Engineering or related field
• Relevant professional certification or experience in the maritime industry is a plus
