Job Summary:

Responsible for driving leasing activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy for commercial/residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and convert prospective tenants for leasing requirements
• Conduct property tours, explain project features, and address client queries
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporates
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and coordinate documentation
• Track leads, maintain reports, and ensure timely closures
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and rental benchmarks

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in leasing (commercial/retail/residential)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to meet targets and manage multiple client interactions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
