Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in New Delhi. The Leasing Executive will manage and negotiate commercial leases, oversee lease administration, conduct market research, and ensure the smooth operation of leasing activities. The employee will gain hands-on experience in lease management and the commercial leasing process.

• Experience in Lease Negotiations
• Market Research skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Prior work experience in real estate.
