Learning Specialist - Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining the Global Employee Learning Team as a Learning Specialist - Associate in Bangalore, India. The team is responsible for providing a global learning offering that supports around 80,000 colleagues at Deutsche Bank to achieve strategic objectives and advance their careers. Your role will involve supporting the team in delivering core learning products and technologies, focusing on educating stakeholder groups about the learning opportunities available at the bank. You will also assist in conducting learning needs analysis with the business and curating learning content to meet requirements.
