Job Description

As a Learning & Development Professional at Siemens Limited in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company's business strategy. With a strong commitment to developing our people, Siemens Limited is a leader in technology and innovation, focusing on electrification, automation, and digitalization. Your responsibilities will include conducting learning needs analysis in collaboration with business and HRBPs, designing and delivering blended learning solutions, curating relevant learning content, and implementing global L&D initiatives to align with the organizational learning strategy. You will track learning effectiveness, manage vendor relationships, promote digital learning adoption, and contribute to diversity & inclusion efforts, onboarding programs, and career development journeys. To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, along with 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a large matrixed organization. Strong facilitation and instructional design capabilities, familiarity with digital learning tools, excellent project management skills, and a data-driven mindset are essential. Experience with Siemens tools or similar corporate learning platforms would be advantageous.
