Learning & OD Support Administrator

This role involves supporting the Learning and Organizational Development team, managing customer interactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks Performance will be measured based on the effectiveness of customer interactions and administrative support. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required, along with experience with training or HR systems (learning management systems in particular) and comfort with using MS Outlook. The job required direct experience with learning management systems. The candidate should have and MBA in HR and 2-3y experience in the HR Learning and Development domain. The candidate should possess good Excel skills and some experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
