We are looking for Instructional Design Consultants
with expertise in System Implementation/SAP
projects to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
- Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
- Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
- Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
- Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice
- Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor s or associate degree with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
- Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
- Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
- Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
- Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT
Ideally, you ll also have
- Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy
- Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Learning experts in the SAP/SI domain with commercial acumen, relevant experiences and high degree of enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment
- Knowledge and experience of working in a cross-cultural setup
