Learning And Development Program Manager

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager at Biocon Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Talent Management team by designing, developing, and facilitating learning solutions to foster meaningful employee growth experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative training programs that address organizational challenges, using data-driven insights and research to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to drive end-to-end delivery, conduct data analysis to measure training impact, and collaborate with key stakeholders such as HRBP will be critical to implementing best-in-class learning solutions that engage employees and build capabilities.
