Learning and Development Coordinator - Night Shift

You will be working at AML RightSource, a technology-enabled managed services firm dedicated to combating financial crime globally. As the Learning and Development Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to enhance engagement among newly hired employees and the Ready For Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team consists of employees awaiting appointment to a client-focused team or currently on the bench waiting for project allocation. You will focus on managing programs that promote a positive work environment for employees, oversee PTO and personal administrative requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing RFA administrative routine responsibilities - Overseeing RFA team transitions and collaborating with resourcing for efficient project staffing changes - Working closely with the Learning and Development team to provide professional development opportunities - Coordinating with HR for timely and professional offboarding Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Supporting employees in addressing equity in the organization - Creating feedback loops to enhance a culture of continuous feedback and growth - Developing programs for employee appreciation and recognition - Organizing events to provide meaningful experiences for employees Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative nature, and ability to manage change effectively - Proficiency in Workday HRIS, PTO management, and Microsoft Suite - Project management skills to drive department objectives Your work hours may vary based on the company's operations across different time zones, and occasional travel may be necessary.
