Learning Advisor

You will be supporting HR processes by providing services to Amdocs employees, managers, and HR teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events and activities to promote the employee experience and enabling flawless and efficient end-to-end HR processes. Specifically, your job will involve: - Acting as a "sensor" to the Field HR and proactively "raising flags" when necessary. - Handling ongoing activities within a specific unit, including budget allocation and prioritization when needed. - Applying knowledge and expertise of updated processes and tools in day-to-day interactions with employees. - Providing customized solutions in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets and implementing HR policies, processes, and activities in a vibrant environment. - Crafting, generating, and presenting reports to support organizational processes and facilitate ongoing improvement. - Updating and maintaining data in various HR systems and issuing reports and analyses to support monitoring and decision-making. - Planning and handling operational aspects of HR processes and activities from initiation to execution, including aligning various internal and external focal points. - Ensuring all necessary facilities are in place for relevant activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree holder - Proven experience in customer-facing roles - Previous experience in operational roles, including handling operational processes and systems - Familiarity with Amdocs and Amdocs systems, along with experience working with various partners (internal and external), are seen as advantages - For EC and CR roles: Solid experience in planning, leading, and executing complex projects and events - For CR representatives: Experience working with external associations is an advantage In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multifaceted HR professionals at the back-end, gaining a better understanding of different HR facets.
