Learning Administrator

As a Learning Administrator at the IT Learning & Development Team of a leading Digital Cloud & Data Engineering company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate reporting of learning metrics and LMS administration for NT University and other learning platforms. Your role will directly impact the global IT L&D team's ability to deliver the desired stakeholder learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Learning Metrics: - Collate, clean, and analyze learning data from multiple monthly reports across all learning platforms. - Calculate learning averages. - LMS & General Admin: - Manage access for all learning platforms. - Perform related LMS admin tasks. - Maintain and manage learning calendars. - Monitor shared mailbox. - Provide regular updates to any L&D resources. - Program Admin: - Manage nominations. - Ensure smooth technical experience for learners by liaising with different teams. - Send out learning invites for all programs. - Maintain attendance trackers from all programs. - Other Responsibilities: - Record and publish meeting minutes when necessary. - Schedule vendor calls. - Create surveys/MS Forms. - Analyze data for adhoc requests received by IT L&D. - Handle any other relevant administrative responsibilities.
