CTC: Depends on experience level and technical interview.
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to understand test requirements.
Implement automation strategies to improve testing coverage and reduce manual efforts.
Perform regression, functional, and system testing using Leapwork automation flows.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support development teams in root cause analysis.
Integrate Leapwork with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) as applicable.
Prepare test reports and documentation for internal and client-facing reviews.
Train and mentor junior QA staff on Leapwork best practices.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
