Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for
API, UI, performance, and integration testing
.
Integrate automated test suites into
CI/CD pipelines
using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Provision and manage test environments using
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
.
Leverage
AI/GenAI-powered testing tools
to auto-generate, self-heal, and optimize test cases.
Implement
autonomous and exploratory testing
to identify edge-case and high-risk defects.
Enable
shift-left testing
through early code quality, security, and vulnerability checks.
Validate
AI/ML models
for accuracy, reproducibility, bias, and model drift.
Apply
SAST/SCA and DevSecOps practices
to ensure secure software delivery.
Use
observability and monitoring tools
to derive QA insights in production-like environments.
Mentor QA engineers and drive
quality engineering best practices
across teams.

Required Skills

8+ years
of experience in
QA automation and quality engineering
for enterprise SaaS or fintech applications.
Strong expertise in
UI and API automation
using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, JUnit/TestNG.
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD pipelines
, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native testing.
Proficiency in
AI-enhanced testing
and integration of GenAI tools into QA workflows.
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of
DevSecOps, SAST/SCA, and secure testing practices
.
Proficiency in
Python, Java, or JavaScript
with scripting skills in Bash/PowerShell.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
