As part of the Leadership Coaching team you are expected to empower leaders to enhance their effectiveness and fulfill their potential. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to leverage your coaching knowledge to develop impactful learning solutions, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration that drives professional growth across the firm.

Responsibilities

- Empower leaders through impactful coaching and development strategies

- Design impactful learning solutions that enhance leadership effectiveness

- Foster an environment of trust and collaboration among team members

- Analyze coaching outcomes to continuously improve programs

- Mentor and guide leaders to achieve their professional goals

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with business needs

- Drive initiatives that promote professional growth across the organization

- Uphold the delivery of exceptional coaching experiences

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Professional Coach training certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credential or above

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Business Administration/Management preferred

- Well-being coach training certification preferred

- Team coaching training certification preferred

- Demonstrating advanced facilitation and design skills

- Coaching and developing leaders at various levels

- Building and leveraging key relationships across the firm

- Utilizing design thinking and agile project management techniques

- Analyzing data to drive decision making

- Other counseling related fields of study may be considered along with executive coaching experience
