As a Videographer in the Culture Team, you are the visionary who wields the power of storytelling. Your lens captures the essence of these stories and turns them into captivating visual narratives, unleashing a kaleidoscope of emotions and experiences that touch the hearts of all who witness them.
What will you be doing:
- Responsible for shooting and developing multimedia content for our culture initiatives such as Motion Graphic Videos, Shoot Footage Videos, Video editing with a focus of creating interesting and high-quality videos with a lot of creativity.
- End to end ownership of the multimedia content conceptualization to the screenplay, storyboarding, editing, animation and finalization.
- Brainstorm ideas for script, story for culture branding.
- Produce and release a different version of the content for different platform standards for Internal Communication, Instagram and other platforms.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics, Animation, video editing to give the best outcome.
- Creatively use visual design or video to communicate an idea concept or story.
- Constantly refresh ideas and creativity for all types of videos, animation and editing skills.
What do we need:
- 4+ years of experience as an Animator, Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be able to work with different styles of illustrations/animations, videos based on the requirement.
- Good Communication and collaborative skills to work with the team along with attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio to showcase creativity and ability to tell stories through videos, animation, motion graphics, and micro-interaction skills.
- Creative and technical expertise with Adobe After Effects, C, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Animate, and other associated tools.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
