Lead Videographer

As a Videographer in the Culture Team at InMobi Group, you play a crucial role in crafting captivating visual narratives through the power of storytelling. Your responsibilities include: - Shooting and developing multimedia content for culture initiatives like Motion Graphic Videos, Shoot Footage Videos, and Video editing with a focus on creativity and quality. - Taking end-to-end ownership of multimedia content from conceptualization to screenplay, storyboarding, editing, animation, and finalization. - Brainstorming ideas for scripts and stories for culture branding. - Producing and releasing different versions of content tailored for Internal Communication, Instagram, and other platforms. - Researching and analyzing design techniques to create motion graphics, animation, and video editing for optimal results. - Using visual design and video creatively to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and stories. - Maintaining a constant flow of fresh ideas and creativity for various types of videos, animation, and editing projects. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience as an Animator, Motion Graphic Designer, or Video Editor in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in working with different styles of illustrations, animations, and videos as per project requirements. - Strong communication and collaborative skills for effective teamwork with attention to detail. - A robust portfolio showcasing creativity and storytelling abilities through videos, animation, motion graphics, and micro-interaction skills. - Creative and technical expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Animate, and other relevant tools. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their strategic deployment in various scenarios.,
