Lead - Vehicle Dynamics

As the Lead - Vehicle Dynamics at Ather, based in IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru, you will be aligned with the Lead - Innovative Testing Lead, Product Validation in the Product Validation - Testing CoC. Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining test strategies for different functional attributes like Comfort, Handling, and Brakes in vehicle dynamics. Your role will involve system level and vehicle level testing of VD attributes, benchmarking vehicles testing in terms of VD, and developing robust design validation plans to cover all the test cases pertaining to VD. You will also be in charge of executing test cases with the given resources and delivering on time, raising bugs, and highlighting critical failures in the system/vehicle well before each design stage. Additionally, you will work closely with Attributes and Product teams to develop capabilities for testing the attributes and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for developing better products. Moreover, you will represent the product validation team in cross-functional meetings and direct tasks to respective testing teams while ensuring test standards/procedures suit the testing needs.
