Lead UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Lead UX Designer at SKF, you will be responsible for leading the UX design process across multiple projects to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across the digital product portfolio. Your role will involve driving user research, developing design strategies, creating user-centered designs, and collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor other UX designers and promote UX best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and champion the UX vision for digital products, aligning it with business goals and user needs. - Establish and maintain UX design standards and guidelines for consistency and quality across all products. - Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with product owners, product managers, developers, and other designers to define product requirements and design solutions. - Lead and mentor other UX designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality design deliverables. - Contribute to the development and consumption of a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process. Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and user-centered design processes. - Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping. - Experience in conducting various types of user research. - Experience working in an agile organization. - Education: B.E / B.Tech. - Experience: 10+ years of experience.
