Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Team Lead (Mentor) to guide and support multiple UX teams in delivering exceptional user experiences Key Responsibilities: Act as a mentor and guide UX teams, fostering a culture of design excellence Lead UX strategy across multiple projects Stay up to date with emerging UX trends and tools to drive continuous improvement Required Skills Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or mentoring role Strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles and problem-solving abilities
