Job Description

As the Senior UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end UX strategy and design for high-impact digital projects across mobile, web, and responsive platforms. - Leading UX designers to translate business and user needs into clear, usable, and elegant design solutions. - Ensuring consistency and alignment across products by collaborating with other Principal Designers, UX Directors, and Product Owners. - Engaging in design reviews, strategy sessions, and planning meetings with cross-functional teams. - Overseeing the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Contributing to and evolving the bank's design system and accessibility standards. - Partnering with UX researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Using data and feedback to iterate and enhance user experiences. - Providing guidance and feedback to mid-level and junior designers. - Fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, learning, and design excellence. Your required skills and experience should include: - 10+ years of relevant experience in UX with a strong portfolio of digital work. - Experience designing for complex systems or regulated industries, with a preference for financial services. - Proficiency in Figma. - Strong understanding of native mobile, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities. Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role: - Experience working in large design teams or matrixed organizations. - Familiarity with agile development environments and design operations. - Knowledge of financial services, fintech platforms, or customer-facing banking tools. - Bachelors or Masters degree in HFID, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.,
