Lead Unity Developer

As the Lead Unity Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals. Key Responsibilities: - Create games in Unity for iOS and Android platforms, with Windows expertise considered a plus. - Write clean, testable, and well-documented code in C#. - Build robust game systems within Unity. - Implement systems for games based on design specifications and refine core gameplay features. - Collaborate effectively with a small, high-energy team of illustrators, designers, and programmers. - Devise customized solutions to challenging problems in collaboration with other developers. - Utilize experience with both 3D and 2D graphics in Unity. - Implement and create native iOS and Android plugins for Unity. Qualifications: - Strong Unity programming skills. - Proficiency in C# is a must. - Experience using version control. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and keep up with industry standards. - Commitment to stability, performance, and exceptional user experience. - Enjoy learning new technologies with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. - Open to constructive criticism and contributing to team efforts by completing tasks on time.
