PrimeSoft is seeking a  UI Development Lead / Sr. UI Developer  to lead and contribute to the design and development of web and mobile applications using  ReactJS, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/Bootstrap/Material UI .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, Next.js.
• Architect and implement responsive, scalable, and secure enterprise and eCommerce applications.
• Work on server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and hydration for Next.js applications.
• Build reusable component libraries and enforce coding/design standards.
• Collaborate with clients on requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (preferred).
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and security best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and manage team deliverables in Agile projects.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in ReactJS, React Native, Next.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material UI with responsive design knowledge.
• Advanced experience in state management (Redux mandatory); MobX/Context API is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript and modern ES6+ features.
• Hands-on knowledge of SSR, SSG, performance optimization, and SEO for web apps.
• Experience in building eCommerce applications (scalability, conversion optimization).
• Knowledge of RESTful API integration (GraphQL preferred).
• Familiarity with React Native app bundling and deployment.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring experience.
