Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a professional dedicated to promoting a happy and healthy life approach. The responsibilities include the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing health and wellness, engaging with individuals to provide guidance on lifestyle improvements, and creating and conducting wellness workshops or programs. The individual will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality results aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with individuals and leading workshops.
• Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and general wellness practices.
• Experience in program development, implementation, and monitoring outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals towards achieving personal health and wellness goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Wellness, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in counseling or coaching in health and wellness is an advantage.
