Lead- Total Rewards & Performance

As the Lead - Total Rewards & Performance at Prudential Health India, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Prudential Group Reward practices in the context of India's talent landscape. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Performance Management by implementing PruPerform in India SAHI to ensure alignment of organizational goals with individual goals, conducting compensation & benefits benchmarking, and managing employee benefits programs to align with Prudential Global standards and India Market standards. You will be responsible for designing and supporting the administration of the executive compensation framework in line with regulations from IRDA, conducting job analysis and evaluation exercises, and collaborating closely with Business leaders to ensure roles are well aligned to organizational goals. Additionally, you will be required to ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and regulations, manage the Rewards budget effectively, and provide regular financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. To excel in this role, you should hold a Masters degree in human resources and/or a professional certification related to the field, have a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience with at least 3 years in a corporate rewards or reward consulting role, possess strong knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and have experience in the BFSI or Insurance domain.
