Lead Technical Product Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting sophisticated research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals of the assigned products. Collaborating with a multi-functional team inside a Scrum framework, you will prioritize feature development based on business value and deliver business requirements through various artifacts. Additionally, you will develop business logic, critical metrics, and problem statements to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed research of existing processes, systems, and objectives to meet product goals - Prioritize feature development in collaboration with Product Manager and SMEs - Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborate into user scenarios - Deliver business requirements through artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, and user stories - Collaborate within a Scrum framework and document new features, requirements, and strategies - Oversight of testing, bug tracking, enhancements, and resolution of issues before production - Work on multiple initiatives and balance evolving priorities - Use data and analysis to convey solution impact and support process-driven solutions - Develop business logic, critical metrics, and problem statements for decision support - Deliver recommendations and supporting data for logical business reasoning - Provide guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope - Support risk identification and mitigation approaches - Collaborate with and maintain internal customer relationships with business unit leaders Qualification Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or equivalent - Knowledge of agile methodology principles and application in software development processes - Ability to design, build, and develop new products or services from feasibility to production - Proficiency in requirement analysis tools, methods, and techniques - Strong written, oral communication, and social skills - Excellent planning, organizational, verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills - Consistent prioritization of safety, security, and diversity - Understanding of Agile/SDLC development methodologies is preferred - DevOps experience and familiarity with Enterprise Agile planning solutions is a plus - Previous experience as a product Subject Matter Expert and flexibility in adapting to changing business objectives - Airline business experience or familiarity with business process re-engineering and agile teams is desirable,
