As a Lead Content Developer (.NET) at Iamneo, you will be responsible for creating and managing application-level content on the learning platform. Your role involves developing real-world sample apps, hands-on project templates, and coding scenarios to enhance learners" practical skills. You will collaborate with product and content teams to build full-stack applications, integrate APIs, and simulate enterprise-grade workflows that are deployable, testable, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop production-quality web applications for learning projects or assessments. - Create full-stack templates and sample projects in MERN/MEAN/.NET Core following industry standards. - Develop and integrate REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, database models, and real-world workflows. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technically robust, scalable, and pedagogically relevant projects. - Review and refactor codebases to uphold best practices in architecture, security, and performance. - Work with QA and content teams to enable testability and auto-evaluation within the platform. - Mentor junior developers, contribute to the overall learning architecture design, and lead a team of content developers. - Allocate tasks, review deliverables, maintain quality, provide technical guidance, and support team growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content goals effectively.
