Role Overview:

As the Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving and managing the entire talent acquisition strategy and process at Wattmonk Technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of technical and non-technical hiring, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, and employer branding. You will work closely with department heads and senior leaders to ensure the company attracts high-caliber professionals to support its growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions (Tech, Non-Tech, Design, Operations, etc.)
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche and high-priority roles through innovative sourcing methods (social media, referrals, events, etc.)
  • Design and implement efficient interview and selection procedures to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities reflect and promote Wattmonks employer brand.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment KPIs (cost per hire, quality of hire, time to hire, etc.)
  • Build relationships with external vendors, job portals, staffing partners, and academic institutions.
  • Implement and drive campus recruitment, diversity hiring, and internship programs.
  • Use and manage recruitment tools and ATS platforms for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience (510 years) as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or solar/engineering services company.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate about people, hiring, and organizational culture building.
