Lead System Engineer - EHV Switchyard

As an Electrical Engineer with experience in basic and detailed design as well as project coordination of Electrical works on EHV/HV Switchyard projects, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare or contribute to conceptual studies, designs, reports, proposals, design criteria, specifications, budgets, and schedules for projects of varying complexity. - Guide engineers in performing conceptual design, System study, Equipment sizing, protection study, single line diagram creation, Metering and protection diagram preparation, Cable sizing, earthing calculations, and protection coordination study. - Assist engineers/designers in detail design tasks such as layout, main cable route planning, A/G tray and underground layouts, lighting design, earthing solutions, and cable schedule development. - Provide guidance in MR/SR preparation, bid analysis, and making recommendations based on your expertise. - Review and check the work of subordinate engineers, contributing to their performance evaluation and fostering a work environment characterized by openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction. Qualifications required for this position include: - Hold a recognized bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college or university. - Minimum overall experience of 18 years. Site experience would be considered an added advantage.,
