Lead SW Engineer

This is an incredibly exciting team to join as we expand globally. Key responsibilities includes Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Drive development of product innovation. Collaborate with product and development teams to drive the technical roadmap. Architecture and design of product capabilities including batch, streaming engines, transaction processing, web-based application, Distributed Data Systems, & Observability Business and technical analysis, design, coding, unit testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions for new development, system enhancements, and production support Identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards, best practices, automation, and development methodologies. Coaching, mentoring junior team members, code reviews, and evolving team talent pipeline. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelors Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant wor
