Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion. This role requires expertise in design software and structural analysis, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and design using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Design Software
• Expertise in Staad Pro
• Experience with Etab
• Strong Structural Analysis capabilities

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Design principles
• Experience with RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete)
• Understanding of steel structures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
