Lead Structural Engineer

You are being hired for the role of Manager/Lead Structural Design at ASE Structure Design Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for structural analysis and design of lattice towers, monopoles, and guyed masts. You will also need to perform foundation and mount analysis according to Eurocode/BS Code. Additionally, you will be required to prepare GDC L1/L2/L3 reports and manual checks, guide and review the work of junior engineers, handle client coordination and project planning, and ensure quality, timelines, and productivity. Qualifications required for this position include a B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Structural (M.E preferred) with 4-10 years of experience in Telecom Structural Design. You should possess a strong knowledge of Eurocode/BS and demonstrate a leadership mindset along with hands-on capability.
