Key Responsibilities: Manage and orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) . Work with Docker and Helm to support containerization efforts. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Tekton, ArgoCD, and Bamboo . Oversee incident management , including response and root cause analysis. Develop automation solutions using Python and scripting . Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform . Maintain and troubleshoot Apache NiFi, Apigee, Kafka, and Redis platforms . Manage and troubleshoot WebSphere Application Server (WAS) . Utilize JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), Bitbucket, Maven, and Unix (NIX) in daily operations. Support production deployments as required by project demands. Ensure system reliability and IT operations efficiency. Foster collaboration and open communication across teams. Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of microservices architecture . Hands-on experience with incremental builds and deployment pipelines using Docker and automated testing frameworks ( WebDriver, Cucumber, API testing preferred). Familiarity with Agile methodologies . Experience with log management tools like Splunk . Expertise in monitoring and dashboarding tools like Datadog , including the ability to design and implement custom dashboards to meet business needs. Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer . Proven experience in handling multiple teams simultaneously . Strong background in Agile development practices .
