4. Execution of FAI & DFAI
5. NADCAP Audit
6. Maintaining 5s & Safety
7. Develop Complex masking techniques
8. Monitoring the daily masking output
9. Maintain masking consumables stock
10. Responsible for maintain masking plotter and print as per daily requirement
11. Prepare masking kit as per WI
12. Prepare part specific masking work instruction.
13. Gap Analysis, Planning & Scheduling
14. Planning of deliveries to customers
15. Control of special process
16. New Process Execution
17. Control of production process changes
18. Process validation and revalidation
19. Control of production equipment, tools and software programs
20. Customer specific requirements
21. NDT Process flow, Visual Inspection, NDP Inspection
