Job Description: Knowledge and experience on Special Processes such as Black Oxide, Passivation, Powder Coating, Phosphating process and NADCAP. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for powder coating processes. Conducted regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Perform quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes. Develop and implement quality control plans for sheet metal products, including powder coating and black oxide applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Powder Coating or a related industry. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Strong understanding of powder coating processes and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
