Job Description

Lead Solix Engineer

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Hands-on development experience with the Solix Archival Tool , including configuring archival jobs, building workflows, designing data models, and tuning performance.
SQL development abilities across database such as Oracle/SQL Server/DB2 LUW/DB2 z/OS .
Experience building data extraction, migration, and archival scripts using shell scripting (KornShell, Perl) and utilities like SQLLoader , Import/Export, OEM, Attunity.
Ability to develop and modify Solix adapters, archive metadata structures, and custom archive access queries.
Experience handling data transformations, BLOB/CLOB conversions, file collections, and archive directory setup.
Familiarity with archiving storage platforms (e. g. , NetApp , Centera ) and retention/compliance requirements.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for archive job failures, workflow issues, SQL errors, and tool limitations.
