Lead Software Test Automation Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Lead / Manager at our company, you play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional software quality. You will independently execute specialized QA tasks, manage complex testing processes, and influence quality assurance practices across the team. Your responsibilities include leading the design and execution of sophisticated test strategies, conducting comprehensive system and integration testing, driving test automation initiatives, coordinating testing activities within projects, ensuring thorough defect tracking and resolution processes, developing performance testing methodologies, championing best practices in QA, mentoring team members, evaluating and integrating new testing tools and technologies, and providing insights to improve overall product quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field - 8+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on quality assurance - 5+ years of experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing - Direct experience as a senior tester for major application integration and/or product releases - Strong knowledge of designing and creating automation frameworks - Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python - Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools like Selenium or Tosca, and test management tools like Q Test - Ability to develop and establish quality assurance measures, testing standards, and products throughout the development lifecycle - Experience in creating and executing test plans and scripts to ensure optimal application performance - Skills in test strategy development, integration testing, automation frameworks, performance testing, defect management, project coordination, best practices, and tool integration Please note that applicants may need to visit a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.,
