Experience : 5+ years Shift : (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Must have Skills required: Java, SQL DBA, Springboot, Kubernetes, Angular, Rabbit-MQ Job Description: Role: Lead Software Engineer Department: Software Reports To: Senior Software Engineer/ Software Architect Purpose of the role: The purpose of the role is to guide the team to design and develop products, to ensure on time and quality delivery of projects. We are hiring leads to own product development and product implementation for our customers. Technical Skills Required: Java Database like MSSQL, MYSQL Spring boot Framework Redis Data structure Linux Basics of Kubernetes Front End: Angular, Javascript, CSS and SCSS, SASS Behavioural Skills Required: Attention To Detail - Proficient Problem Solving Decision Making Collaborative approach Adaptable to volatile environment Accountability Good Leadership Skills Job Responsibilities: Understand the requirement and define the Database and Application structure under the guidance of Software Architect. Prepare the Functional Requirement Document (covering all use cases) for each project basis the Functional Specific Document provided by the BA Team (in collaboration with the BA team). Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems in UAT/ Production. Work closely on the deadlines of the projects assigned. Take ownership of product implementations at customer site. Hands on product development for assigned product/ module. Should be able to handle application performance in production. Work with customers to understand automation requirements. Review and merge code for all the changes made by the development team under your span of control. Conduct sprint meetings and demos as per designated schedule. Report on project updates in weekly meetings. Minimum Qualification: B Tech (CS/ IT or equivalent) Years of experience: 5-8 years Skills Java, SQL DBA, Springboot, Kubernetes, Angular, Rabbit-MQ
