Job Description

The opportunity:

You are great at:

Strong experience in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable microservices with high performance and reliability.
Proven ability to independently design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring a team of 45 developers, driving technical excellence and delivery.
Hands-on expertise with object storage solutions (e.g., Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage), including lifecycle policies for versioning, archiving, and deletion.
Familiarity with large-scale data operations, including efficient data retrieval, multipart uploads, and parallel processing techniques.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, service consumers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment and quality.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, with a strong grasp of domain-specific contexts.
Experience working with distributed teams, contributing constructively across geographies and time zones.
Skilled in providing technical feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What it takes:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications.
Strong proficiency in Angular or React, with a track record of delivering responsive and user-centric web applications.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and performance.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, including fault tolerance, service orchestration, and load balancing.
Hands-on experience with object storage technologies (e.g., Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage), including lifecycle management and data governance.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks, with an ability to apply them to enhance product capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
