EPAM Anywhere is looking for Lead Software Engineer (MERN) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in MERN stack to join our team at EPAM Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership, with 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using the MERN stack.
Lead a team of software engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
