Lead Software Engineer - iOS

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining high-performing, reusable Swift code while staying abreast of the latest mobile technologies. - Designing a Mobile internationalization infrastructure SDK. - Mentoring junior engineers and contractors to enhance their technical skills. - Proactively addressing technical debt and devising strategies for its elimination. - Collaborating closely with mobile platforms and other product teams. - Working with product owners to clarify technical requirements during grooming and planning sessions, and collaborating with engineering managers, engineers, and QA to create innovative solutions aligned with market demands. - Defining and implementing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive excellence in software development, testing, and deployment, adhering to coding standards and guidelines with a focus on performance, scalability, and availability. Key qualifications for this role include: - A minimum of 7 years of iOS development experience with strong Swift/Objective-C programming proficiency. - Comprehensive understanding of mobile SDK design principles, patterns, and best practices. - Experience in developing iOS applications integrated with RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in iOS architecture, algorithms, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT, SVN, or CVS. - Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to develop detailed specifications. - A track record of successfully completing projects involving diverse technologies and systems.
