Lead Software Development Engineer

Job responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications.
• Work with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL).
• Ensure operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes.
• Architect and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL preferred).
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture is a plus.
• Good Understanding of System Design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+Years of Experience in software Development.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
