Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Skin Care and Make up Packaging team in L'OREAL INDIA PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement packaging strategies for skin care and makeup products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of packaging professionals to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in packaging design, development, and implementation.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with SAP or similar systems is an added advantage.
