Lead ServiceNow ITSM Developer

As a Lead ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives to deliver secure, automated, and user-friendly service experiences across healthcare IT environments. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Lead development and customization of ServiceNow ITSM applications, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. - Architect IAM-focused Service Catalog items with automated workflows and approval chains. - Design and implement advanced Service Portals for intuitive user experiences. - Drive integration strategies with IAM platforms like Azure AD, Okta, and Ping Identity. - Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to translate complex IAM and ITSM requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security policies, and data governance standards. - Troubleshoot and optimize portal components, catalog workflows, and IAM integrations. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to promote best practices and platform governance. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of ServiceNow development experience with expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and IAM-related workflows. - Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM systems like Azure AD, Okta, and automating identity lifecycle processes. - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CISITSM) are highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Additionally, preferred skills for this role include familiarity with HTML/CSS, AngularJS, or React for advanced portal customization, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and orchestration for IAM workflows, and an understanding of ITIL processes, healthcare service delivery models, and security compliance frameworks.,
